One of the main reasons to enable Microsoft Portal access to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution is to allow your customers and partners to log in and interact with the data available in Dynamics 365. In most of those cases, showing "Azure AD" as an authentication option might not make a lot of sense, so it is better to hide it.
